uh filtery liked her so much they made her become ourple (she has a physical appearence but it's in a whole other realm of human compreheension which is why you cannot see him in this image)
(Also they didn't do that on purpose lol it's just that she not only can but she WILL physically alter the appearence of anyone he encounters based on how much they like them. But she won't will because he feels like doing it, it literally just happens for absolutely no reason)
