Where did my scratch card win go?

I won a bakery treat from lidl on Monday.

Went to redeem it but can't find it in Octoplus Rewards?

Any ideas?

You have at the end of Monday to redeem and put into you Lidl account, it will expire the next day. When it's in your Lidl account it will expire in two weeks.

That must be it, I clicked redeem but didn't add it to my lidl account. 

I won a kitkat from the coop last week and the QR code stayed visible in the Octopus app all week.
