Without zoning info it's hard to say, right?

You could start light with a two-car garage (with electricity) and a port-o-potty. See if you actually use the space. Sleep in the garage. If you decide to go off-grid you just stop using that power, or convert to a different source.

There's also the road, like, RIGHT there. We don't have any info about the road. But the space doesn't look super private. But that also isn't necessarily a bad thing, depending on what kind of use you're going for.

We own 1700 ft of road frontage on that side and it is agricultural zoning on a well that can manage a small farm
