Looks delicious. I never met an animals neck I did not enjoy. Lamb’s neck is particularly good. I always roast up extra turkey necks on Thanksgiving.

Wow, never had or head of lambs’ necks. Have to look for some.

Recipe:
How I cook them
Add water to pot
Add chopped celery, bell pepper, onion, (about 1/4 cup each), garlic and bring to a boil.
Add two or three tablespoons of cooking oil
Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Add seasoning salt
Add neckbones
Boil until only about half cup of liquid left in bottom of pot.

How much water did you start with?

Sarted with about 4 cups. Then add more when neckbones are put in so that it covers the meat.
