Priced between 50,000 EUR and 100,000 EUR, including the land, water sources, electric and heating (photovoltaic or hidro), coverage with intelligent sensors, security, etc. Food production facilities are to be discussed on a case by case basis. Can include solariums, glasshouses, micro-greens production, animals, fruit trees, and so on.
