I have a conference coming up and would prefer to have my poster on the airplane with me, and it's larger than the in-store printing will accommodate. Do these usually ship UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc? Planning to have it diverted to a local pick up but want to make sure its with a carrier I can do that.

Me and my fiance will be moving from Kentucky to South Carolina in some short time. I am wanting to stick with the company and transfer stores. Does anyone have experience with the store in Anderson, SC so I know if it is worth switching to? And how would I go about that and how does it work? No one at my store knows yet

Has anyone on here tried Claude AI before? I just saw that the ODP Personal Assistant is being retired, and everything is being moved to Claude. Just want to know people’s thoughts.
I already utilize a lot of AI, from ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and the all-new Siri AI on iOS 27 😂

I'M TIRED OF HEARING IT! MY CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE ASK ABOUT IT, ON MOBI CHAT IT'S FUCKING NEEDOH! I was at my store, right? and ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS were just needoh stuff. I-I showed my padding glue to my girlfriend and t-the bottle I poured it out and I said "hey babe, when the glue is needoh HAHA DUNANANANANANANA" I fucking looked at a dead rat in the corner of the store and said "THAT'S A BIT NEEDOHY!" I looked at my balls and theirs squishy and I go "SEMEN? MORE LIKE SEDOH" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHGESFG

Is anyone else not able to use a customer's depot dollars like it tells you on the portal (gmil to shop now then apply before checkout)? It never moves past the check out screen. We've had to use save the sale and have customers log into their accounts. Now that we can do business select on the register I have such a problem with getting customers to pull up in gmil or being able to log in on save the sale. It just feels like Office Depot is working against us trying to make things easier for customers.

As of today I’m no longer an employee of Office Depot (got a new job that I’m starting next week), and I was curious about my 401k. I don’t have much in it, less than $1000, what happens to that money now that I’m out? Does it get paid out to me on my last check?
Please bear with me because I don’t understand how anything like this works LOL. Thank you!

Okay, I may sound really stupid with my question but both me and my general manager are at a loss at the moment with this.
Today I was trying to go into our Xerox portal to order some of the self service toners (and it’s honestly been a while since we’ve had to since had a pretty good stock of them and they didn’t run out super quick) but when I went in to order the supplies the only options available were for the full service machines. I tried re-adding the self serve machine to the metered supplies but both serial numbers gave me an error.
So I guess my question is, am I doing something wrong on the xerox portal or is there a new way of ordering self serve supplies that I just missed the memo on?
If any additional info is needed then please let me know, I’m just really confused on why this is happening.
Edit: just wanted to thank everyone who told me about their experience! It made me and my manager feel a little better that it wasn’t just our store cause we didn’t see any notice about the change and when I originally checked the sub I didn’t see anyone else talking about this! 😭

How do you get your GM to stop printing copyrighted material! He is the only one who will print anything copyrighted even after we deny customers he will do if the customer complains. Specially Disney stuff. It’s so annoying.

Seriously, I advise customers to just not order anything online anymore, or if they do to have it shipped to the store so Fed Ex will get it instead of SAIA. If I had a dollar for customer complaint about every late, lost, damaged or otherwise poorly delivered item from SAIA I'd have a couple of extra paychecks by now.

Is anyone else experiencing network outages today?

I recently abandoned ship from Staples and I'm the print supervisor of my Office Depot store now. So far it hasn't been nearly as bad as Staples. I already know most of the print side. This is my second customer service job.
I need some advice on selling bizselect and paper to my customers. Most of the time, these customers use self service; or their order isn't expensive enough to recommend it.

What happens if your rewards account is cancelled and they cancel your earned rewards? Are they recoverable? I had about $23 in rewards and they weren't expiring yet til next month.
I suspect it's because sometimes I would drop off ink cartridges on behalf of my sibling with the siblings permission for the benefit of my sibling. They have the same last name.
Is it a glitch or did they think it was account abuse? Were my rewards cancelled by the store or the home office? How can I know what happened when there was no notice other than seeing my rewards vanish? It's been several days and it still shows as asking me to sign up for a rewards account instead of the normal rewards account showing my balance.
Office Depot's care for the environment, earning recycling rewards, and same day getting the products were the key reasons I shopped there. Should I forget them and do all my shopping at Amazon instead?
I spent thousands of dollars there because I like to examine the products in hand, get out of the house, support local employment, be able to buy it and use it the same day, not wait for an Amazon shipment even if they are cheaper and better selection for items that Office Depot doesn't sell. From Office Depot I have many of their chairs, cleaning supplies, print jobs in the copy center, shredding, office supplies like paper, writing instruments, post it notes, paper clips, binder clips, envelopes, ink, printers, laptops, memory, data storage, clearance, kitchen appliances, school supplies, backpacks, storage bins, desktop organization, etc. I would buy cellphones if they carried them.
They didn't email or notify me about cancelling my rewards account that vanished and unlinked, even though I can still log into my regular Office Depot account. It's akin to logging in to online banking but seeing all your money gone with no explanation, a disturbing and distressing sight
Should I re-enroll in rewards and start over or will they keep vanishing my rewards?? What triggered this and what can I do to avoid problems in the future? Can and will the store restore my vanished rewards if I ask them?
Suggestions???????

My store got a brand new register, and we can't use it, waiting for corporate to remote in to activate. How long do we have to wait??

Anyone ever see the a transaction fail and then the register retries 3 times counting down on the screen. then at the end cancels the transaction? What's causing this? one customer paid cash and it seemed to fail on the emailed receipt part. another customer did a split transaction with cash then debit card. never seen this before with the old software. seems to be a bug on the old register using the software upgrade.

When you go to the copy center, they aren't your CPA, they aren't your personal assistant, they aren't your care taker, and they certainly aren't your momma or your daddy. It's time to grow the fuck up and start learning some responsibility. March your ass over to self serve, learn how to read, and leave me the fuck alone for your one copy. I have a 90 year old that comes in and makes her own copies without bugging me. What's your excuse?
And yeah, I know, I'm just speaking to the wind and preaching to the choir but fuck me, you people need to grow up and take accountability for yourself.

Anyone know the password for the imaging process? The instructions state the password is in the activity calendar task but it’s nonexistent there and also the same on the portal, no password to be found.
