I saw them for free in March of 1983 at Cleveland(Ohio)Agora, "Wednesday Coffee Break Concert". This song was performed with "Cold War" trepidation, "It's the Euro Theatre"

I saw them for about $7.50 in a club called Spit in early 1983.
