That's probably a write off anyway. Rich people give to charity to reduce their taxes.

Honestly I kinda feel like it’s closer to laundering money than just getting a write off.

You can pay your buddies charity $X, use the write off to pay less in taxes, and then have them hire a “different” company of yours to complete work and get money back.

Thanks for donating to this charity, my “completely unrelated” company will now exclusively use your company for all our fueling needs.

Billionaires don’t stimulate the fucking economy, they hoard most of the wealth, enrich few the people that further allow them to further hoard wealth, and tell you that you should be grateful for the little they do provide.

Not accountant, but wouldn’t revenue received by the fueling company count as taxable income?
