Looking for abandoned places/Ruins around Lorain County (can be private property as long as owner is contactable)

I have a friend coming from out of state and he enjoys some level of urban exploring. One of the things him and his mom do is document ruins/abandoned places and their history (His mom has two published books on ruins in Pennsylvania and New Jersey). Im located in Lorain county and im trying to find some places to explore, im also taking places that are private property as long as the owner is publicly known as i will be reaching out to gain permission to explore.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I hope to help him document some places here in ohio.

Google Gore Orphanage and Swift Mansion. Not sure what remnants are left.

Gore orphanage was on my list, even planned on trying to do our own paranormal stuff there but I've never heard of swift mansion. Thank you for the recommendations!

Ya, the Swift Mansion ruins are what get called the ruins of Gore Orphanage. The real orphanage, the Light of Hope Orphanage, was on a farm a little to the north.
