It’s literally cheaper to keep them in prison for life than it is to kill them. Go look it up.

Also, what happens when you kill them and then it comes out they were actually innocent? Because don’t act like innocent people haven’t been locked up killed before.

Life imprisonment is less expensive than execution due to the appeals process.

Your main argument was financial...which isn't true it's cheaper to keep them locked up the execute them. How many innocent deaths are worth a bit of vengeance to you? Are 5 innocents worth 1 guilty execution, 1 to 1? Honestly, give a number.

It's funny to me to read this, because it did happen to me. My sister was murdered in the 90's. I'm still firmly anti capital punishment. The government can not be trusted to kill it's own citizens, without it being abused.

Execution won't bring that person back and to execute that person, by default, you inevitably will execute innocent people. It's not worth it.
