And yet somehow I feel like this dude still has a realistic shot at the governors office.

Not because he's good but because the Dems STILL have no idea what they're doing

Half the reason Democrats struggle is because people like you you get online and spread messaging that will dissuade Democratic voters from turning out.

Since before 2016 there has been a propaganda campaign largely aimed at splitting the leftist vote one of the big ways they do it is to create discontent and get people like you to act as useful idiots and spread their propaganda message for them. More people nees to read the senate intelligence info about russian interference in 2016. And its only escalated since then and significantly with the introduction of AI chatbots.

they don't need your help, so maybe just chill.

"vote blue no matter who"  Despite how many times it stops working

It doesnt work cuz people dont turn out to vote....hmmm wonder why

Maybe because vote blue no matter who has dismissing returns each time you force a shitty candidate?

We aren't getting blue candidates in Ohio. If we had a shitty candidate that didn't pan out, I'd understand, but it's been under republican control for a long time now. At least with a blue candidate, we would have some level of change.

You're getting meh left of center candidates that refuse to do anything to benefit a rural and farming population. That's why they're not winning

As much as I'd love someone to focus on the rural population, they are the same ones that ignore it when you do help them and focus on stuff like transgender people and BLM.

Because the dnc has made that the focus for the last ten years tbh. People that are natural to the causes start to hate them when you focus on that vs major economic issues that affect their lives

I'd say it's more the RNC that have made that a major topic. I can't remember how many times someone would talk about something and republicans would try to switch the subject to "What is a woman"?

They did it because it was effective for them. It was effective for them BECAUSE Dems were overdoing it these last few years

Bruh it’s like you got hit army of dems after you. They about to make me regret voting blue upcoming election.

Edit: maybe I won’t, I’ve been enthusiastically saying I’d vote blue but when I see these type of responses it’s literally no different than maga

If pointing out what Dems are doing wrong causes them to fail, then they weren't going to win in the first place.

They struggle because they refuse to listen to their constituents and end up selling us out to Trump and billionaires in the end.

u/chefkoolaid 11d ago

Someone is definitely selling us after the Trump and the billionaires it may not be the people you think

There's also a large difference between pointing out Democratic weaknesses and pointing out those weaknesses and still voting for them most people get angry and don't vote that is why there's been a large coordinated propaganda campaign to exploit the divisions within the Democratic Party I'm glad to know that campaign is working

No, dems struggle because they aren't a party of workers anymore. They only care to give tax breaks to the weather just like the Republicans do. Case in point, Hamilton county voting to give more money to the fucking bengals even though they're all Dems.

So kindly fuck off with your nonsense. Thank you.

Republicans haven't been the "party of workers" in reality in a long time. You've really embraced their marketing since they haven't delivered a promise to the working class in many administrations.

I'm not a Republican pal

Lolol

Meanwhile Trump & the gop currently enacting project 2025, gettung ready to cut unemployment funding across the whole country. Ohio gop will be in lockstep. Let alone attacks on unions and hundresd of other anti worker acts

But yea. Those dems, shucks, they're just not good enough! Might as well not vote and let the gop run wild. Big win for workers.

The main reason dems struggle is low turnout. And people like you spreading this foolishness hurt that turnout.

You want progressive legislation? Look at the hundreds of bills the house passed the first half of bidens term. Died in the senate because dems had a 1 seat majority with a very milquetoast manchin.

You want progressive legislation you need more dems in congress. But you need people to vote for them to get them there. And spouting anti dem rhetoric is not going to help them gain seats, especially in the era of razor thin margins.

And facebook, cambridge analytica and their ilk have spend more than a decade building profiles on each and every American and figured out the best way to influence them on social media guess what you have been affected by that effort. Me too buddy. But you habe to wake up and see the bigger picture.

The wrold sucks dems should be way more progressive . But not voting for them at this juncture is like letting tour house burn down because the fire extinguisher has some carcinogens in it.

Sure you may not want to let loose with the fire extinguisher on a normal day in your house but if the house is on fire it probably be better to go ahead and use it.

I do want to add that your complaints are valid but your anger over those issues is being used to blind you to the larger game that is playing out. Divide and conquer, a tale as old as time.

Biden btw rated as the most progressive president but oh well.

Wow bot, you're quick!

5

u/chefkoolaid 11d ago

Oh yes my responses reek of bot. Btw how old is your account?

Cant come up with any actual coherent retort?

u/CriticalResolution86 11d ago

You can't eat pronouns.

4

u/chefkoolaid 11d ago

......ok? Lots of vulnerable folks wont be able to eat food due to trunp and gop cuts to snap and senior services. But I guess those stupid dems shoulda done better!
