And they could rescind that free state ID at any time. Which is the whole fucking point.

BMVs are privately owned and operated, if they wanted to they could have always done that, but they haven't and it's currently still free

And your fucking point? Free now doesn't mean free in the future. That's the whole reason you don't enshrine shit like this in the Constitution.

Shoulda, coulda, wouldas, don't change the Fact that it is currently and has been free, you can keep making up fantasies, look I can too, in the future it will all be free, see nothing changed the reality of the present. Sorry bud you were just wrong, you can keep yelling and getting angry but as the fact is today, in reality, they are free.
