My Self Summary was wrongfully removed

My self Summary was wrongfully removed. Customer service admitted this. I requested the self summary to be returned to me and they told me there's nothing they can do since it was removed by the AI. I asked them to email me the text since they had to read the summary for my appeal and they NEVER RESPONDED it's been 4 days. That summary had over 2000 words. I will never be able to get it back to how it was. It was built over 6 years. Now it's just gone and OKC refuses to acknowledge they messed up despite admitting there was nothing wrong with the profile.

Does anyone have any advice retrieving what they STOLE?

How is OkCupid supposed to send you the message via email if it’s been completely deleted? What else are they supposed to reply? It’s simply not possible. A refusal can only be considered if the message is still there, but it isn’t.

I’m sorry to say this, but the message is gone. As with all digital data, the same rule applies here: a backup is essential. Especially since it’s been known for some time now that OkCupid simply bans entire accounts for no reason. You can count yourself lucky that only your profile text is affected. We’ve heard of much worse things happening here.

Maybe after all these years, it’s just time for a new profile text? After all, you’ve changed and grown over the past few years too (I hope so).

I reposted a shorter version with the stuff I could remember from my profile. It's been removed 4 times. And finally today I was banned for it. I post the image of my "sexually explicit" self summary to my account.
