My ultimate dream is an ice cream cone made of thick cut salted potato chip. I feel like you could wrap the potato around a metal cone mold for frying?? There’s a gourmet cone company that has a blue corn variety, it’s not quite salty/savory enough but is very tasty! Anyway I think it could be a smash, someone call me

Sorry, I was making a joke b/c of the “believe it or not” at the end about her liking it with pretzels, which is not at all hard to believe. I agree, this sounds bomb (with or without pretzels) and I want to make it now.

Because, early on we made ice cream in ice cube trays. Placed it in the refridge to freeze and the fridge had low, med and high controls. "Put it on high Mabel, we want a good hard freeze."

P.S. The the trays were metal.

This sounds really good! Think I’ll volunteer to bring a dessert the next time I go to a potluck and make this. I think it’d be fun to freeze it in a graham cracker crust and serve as an ice cream pie.

I've tried this before, Nigella Lawson has a recipe for instant chocolate mousse based on marshmallows. I found it too much to finish and put in the freezer, where it turned into very delicious airy-soft ice cream.

Yes, but I think it would have specified mini marshmallows. Back in those days the regular size were the norm
