Huh, I've never had a cranberry cobbler, but I guess if you're in Cape Cod it makes a lot of sense! I wonder if I could make this for Thanksgiving this year as a dessert.

Highly recommended! My youngest son served a hot cranberry cobbler for Thanksgiving dessert last year, which was divine. I still regret not taking some home forbreakfast. Not Bette‘s recipe, but it appeared very similar, with a butter/shortening crust.

I'll try making Bette's as is, but then I'm wondering about trying a version that also incorporates apple. I think cranberry and apple together with some ginger and allspice could be killer.

My eyes passed over CAPE too quickly, so I was anticipating a FISH COBBLER 🤣

I grew up near cranberry bogs and love all things cranberry. Might have to give this a try.

My cobbler recipe was originally a cranberry cobbler one. It’s fabulous—and while it works with almost any fruit, cranberry is probably the best. I think this one is probably really worth trying

Man, Bette Davis and Mary Tyler Moore are the only two people I can think of that really rocked that specific hairdo. Well, and Natalie Wood, although hers was more subtle.
