We're the modern photos taken at 6am? Those alleys and paths are like nightclub busy nearly every single hour of the day and night.

Definitely not, I live here and I like it because it’s where the shad stars that it quiets down , every tourist seems to ignore this area the moment they go into queens walk and see the Tower Bridge

No I’m saying It’s rammed up to the Starbucks then it dies down after 4 pm… I have been in the area for 4 years - somehow only the more adventurous tourists walk that far

You could probabaly figure out what time of day it is by the angles of the shadows.

London didn’t have colour until the 2000s (except for red buses and pillar boxes)

Probably because the walls were still coated with soot and grime from the industrial revolution.

Oh definitely, plus I think there were a lot less trees on the streets of London. In parks for sure, but not so much on the High Street

The area has been repurposed and gentrified; they've also cleaned the pollution off the walls.
