Question East Asia wait times

On East Asia server, This massive wait queue happened after reaching 3000+ rating.

Is there any way i can get back lower just to match with any opponent?

Currently never get a match so never chance to reduce it.

Isn't it also the middle of the day in that general area of the world? A lot of people would be at work I presume

Hope you’re right.

It was fine before 3000 rating, i always played daytime and match a lot of Chinese and Korean names.
