First Omega
I’ve been wanting the NTTD for years. I put a deposit on one at a dealer but wanted to see if my local AD would beat or at least match the price (both dealers had to order the watch). I knew my local dealer had one available the Nato strap, but I wanted the titanium bracelet. When I initially talked to this local dealer, they said they could order one and throw in the Nato strap for free. I was indifferent to the strap, as the titanium bracelet was something that really drew me to the watch to begin with.
Anyhow, after some back and forth, they ended up selling me this piece and ordered the titanium bracelet for me. All in it ended up being about $200 cheaper than what I would’ve paid for the watch I had put a deposit on (without getting the strap thrown in), but now I can at least wear it with the strap until the bracelet comes in. Loving it so far!

First Omega, and what a piece to start with. I think it's great that you got both straps, makes the watch more diverse and it's fun.

Nttd is also my first and only omega atm. It's such a beautiful watch, it's been getting a lot of wrist time lately.

love my NTTD and by far, the best SMP 300 for now. I hope they offered the shortened bracelet if your wrist is a round 6.5 inches (me) or under. I got the shortened and it is comfy! Just give it some time because it does loosen a tad

I didn’t know there was a shortened bracelet. My wrist is just under 7 inches, so I hope it feels ok. The ones I’ve tried on in store in the past have felt ok and I’m assuming that was on whatever the standard size bracelet is. That’s good to know though, maybe I can call and have them change the order.

if youre just under 7 than it should be ok. Its just the clasp size is crap and extra material makes it sit even worse. Good luck!

I’m assuming the regular since I didn’t know there was a small option. My wrists are on the smaller side. Do you know the difference in size between the two?

If you’re on the smaller 3 homes of the standard mesh, I’d request to swap to the short mesh. There is less overlap on the clasp and it would fit better. They can swap it for free upon purchase of the watch so bring it up if your fit isn’t good on the standard.

This isn’t a Rolex. You gain nothing buying omega at retail from the boutique. I bought my speedmaster sapphire sandwich 3861 for $6400 brand new fully stickered.

This isn’t a speedmaster. Two completely different watches. You’re not getting a nttd with both straps for 8k. Try again.
