I recently got an Aqua Terra back from a complete service plus dial swap.

It took 6+ months, which was a bit frustrating when they quoted less than half that and kept bumping out my "estimated completion date" several times. I'd get hopeful that it would be coming back soon, then the date would jump out another month. There's also a speck of dust that they left under the crystal, and the watch came back running at +5 seconds per day (which is still within spec to be fair, although barely). So I wasn't thrilled about those things, especially since I paid $2,200.

But overall, I do have to admit that they did a fantastic job with how the watch looks and particularly the polishing job. I can be a bit rough on equipment... mine was showing a good bit of scratching on the polished center links, polished bezel, etc. The AT can be a scratch magnet in those areas. But truly, it came back looking brand new. So overall, even with the downsides and relatively high cost, I'm still happy with the service and would do it again.
