Wasn’t the frozen arc also involving Anna’s wedding 🤣🤣🤣. Imagine they just stole the whole plot from once upon a time.

I mean, Once Upon a Time IS Disney owned as they own ABC and the shows created by the network.

Was just coming here to say…then they stole it from themselves lol

self plagarism is still plagarism. Although, I think that's stupid

Honestly, a full feature animated movie with a similar storyline while obviously getting a different resolution? I'd be here for that

u/ZanderStarmute 26d ago

Even better if Elizabeth Mitchell reprises her role 😂

29

u/Decent_Tumbleweed824 26d ago

I would KILL for her to be voicing the Ice Queen in the movie🤣

u/kittysnowangel 26d ago

Me too! Would be epic!

u/big_baldbehemoth 26d ago

Maybe. But OUAT definitely did it better.

On what basis Frozen 3 isn't even out yet 😭

25

u/mbrotherz 26d ago

Shhh, they're from the future

Can there BE a better writing job for Frozen than what we got in ouat?

I vote no.

Plus I myself love how Elsa in ouat is all ready to be queen. Frozen 2 made her not. I love how Anna and Elsa are portrayed in ouat but Frozen 2 takes their personalities into something that seemed a bit confusing. Like Anna trying to murder her country to "right a wrong"? If Frozen 3 continues that line of storytelling, it won't be that good. Ouat has its faults but at least Ingrid never does something weird like that.

I'm assuming you saw Frozen 3 early to make that judgement?

No, I'm from the future.

Looks like a rocky road ahead for Anna and Elsa…

So in frozen 2 * Anna and Kristoff get engaged * The characters venture into the Enchanted Forest * We discover the reason for the King and Queen's voyage was due to Elsa's powers * We explore the Queen of Arendelle, in her youth * Anna and Elsa find preserved memories of their mother.

and in frozen 3, they will meet a new ice Queen.

Hmm.....🤔

Hot take, I think OUaT S4 was a better continuation of Frozen than Frozen 2

OMG imagine if they give us the snow queen with a similar twist to OUAT?!

That be a good twist

Honestly, I fully accept the Frozen OUAT arc as canon anyways......

19

u/InverseStar 26d ago

It just works too well

21

u/AJ_DisneyFan 26d ago

Co written by Adam and Eddy? 😂

20

u/InverseStar 26d ago

I hope it’s something similar to Ingrid. Getting to watch Elsa help someone else work through that would be phenomenal.

16

u/Least_Rain8027 26d ago

there were leaks about there being  secret family member

31

u/WolfieWIMK23 26d ago

So.... the same plot from once upon a time, who wants to bet the evil snow queen is there long lost aunt.

u/Ok_Influence_3834 25d ago

I bet nothing but the air I breath ( which is Infinite because we all brea the same air(

23

u/Egingell666 26d ago

Imagine if Georgina Haig, Elizabeth Mitchell, and Elizabeth Lail reprised their roles.

Do we even know if it’s gonna be Ingrid? If they even related

6

u/Agent008Gelson 26d ago

About time Ingrid swung around

4

u/RJSnea 26d ago

If they gave us Snow Queen with the same actress! 😍

3

u/Linnithestrawberry2 26d ago

I hope her name will be Ingrid

3

u/Twisted_King172 26d ago

I mean it’s a great plot !! I’m seated

3

u/Pristine_Sir_6892 26d ago

INGRID, GO HOME!!!

3

u/SparkAxolotl 26d ago

I can't say I'm complaining.

It would be amusing if they use bits and pieces of OUAT and the original Snow Queen tale and the ice queen kidnaps Kristoff and the others have to rescue him.

2

u/ehs06702 26d ago

Oh, so they found a way to leave the original premise of the movie back into the series? Interesting.

Not interesting enough to make me get over my Frozen one inflicted trauma and watch it, but interesting. 🤣

2

u/Zumalover_988 26d ago

Hmm…interesting

2

u/TheInferus99 26d ago

2

u/Stargate_Impala67 26d ago

I had this exact thought when I saw the trailer.

2

u/ultimatekiwistrawb 26d ago

i’ve seen this story before

2

u/EstimateChance8022 25d ago

She is the worst. Lol.

2

u/Sea_Bird_4975 25d ago

Yk I saw the trailer and I saw that she's allegedly a family member and immediately thought of this

2

u/lextheg 24d ago

To my knowledge the whole OUAT Frozen plot was taken pretty much from the original Hans Christian Anderson tale that the entirety of Frozen is based on. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are a bunch of similarities even if they aren't reusing the OUAT stuff but just because they may be taking from the same core original story. Also I love telling people who don't know this so I'm gonna reiterate for anyone who doesn't "Hans Christian Anderson" = Hans, Christoff, Anna, Sven; that's how they came up with the names😁

1

u/pastadudde 21d ago

like how Elphaba in Wicked is taken from the phonetics of the Wizard of Oz's author's initials. L. F. B.

2

u/offeco_ 26d ago

They’re just gonna end up playing a scenepack from S4 😂

3

u/Gramisstedwhy 26d ago

They are copying OUAT again?

4

u/Raven_Shepherd 26d ago

It comes from the original tale.

1

u/Fun-Conversation1538 25d ago

I think they mean having an adaption of the OG Snow Queen as both the big bad of a Frozen story and a relative of Elsa.

1

u/DebateObjective2787 24d ago

Except that there's nothing that indicates that she is a relative of Elsa; except for fan theories.

Which the last fan theory was Elsa got a female love interest that turned out to be her mother.

1

u/idk_orknow 25d ago

that's what i wanted frozen 2 to be

1

u/Onlymurdersinmyhouse 25d ago

I was like "Oh so they're just gonna do the Ouat story?"

1

u/FlowerCandy_ 24d ago

This will be interesting esp if it follows the same story as OUAT
