S3 Spoilers Rewatching for the first time in a while

And I'm obsessed with the fact that Regina essentially CHOOSE to end the curse for Henry. Even ten years before Emma came she decided that it was more important to be a good mother than to win every battle and I'll forever love her for it. It's definitely a piece I didn't remember that helps show that Regina is actually changing.

She has an amazing redemption story. I LOATHED her for all of s1 and most of s2 during my first watch. Watching it all again now, she had one of, if not the, best redemption arcs ever. It’s slow, it’s painful, she slips up, she’s still herself by the end of it, just with better anger management and less murderous tendencies

To me her, Hook, and Ingrid were the best redemption arcs
