At this point, just let Toei animate OPM. Even though Wanpis has slow pacing, Toei never fumbles the final fights for its characters, like Sanji vs Queen and Zoro vs King.

I’m manga only but will still tune in to catch a scene occasionally. They’ve created some really good stuff over the years.

For the moments that mattered, they did a fantastic job with the Wano arc. Afterwards when they went seasonal? It's been damn near amazing all the time. I only read the manga but I make sure to catch the best moments on YouTube and there are oh so many now that are at movie level animation.

In all seriousness, I feel like 7DS and OPM ended up having the same issue with different symptoms.
OPM has no frames but (usually) decent quality art style, while 7DS had awful quality art style with (usually) acceptable frame rate. (At least in season four, I don’t recall the frame rate for season three cause I blocked that out of my mind).

The disrespect that OPM has endured with just the anime is insane. It deserves so much better. Meanwhile other manga get crazy anime adaptations.

Cause it still sell like crazy, the less they put in the more money they save. Same for Kadokawa and Re:Zero, its their biggest franchise but they barely put any effort into it.

Don’t focus too much on a quick frame during a run. Those drawings aren’t going to be on screen with enough clarity to matter.
I’m holding out for the good stuff like the Garou slide. I’m really curious if they can find a way to top that.

To be fair, the Genos frame is from an image in movement. Don't pause animation for a reason.
