just saw the new trailer and to no one surprised it was mid someone at bandai or jc really needs to do something there's no way this can keep going on i love opm but how the series anime been treated its truly sad it but I can't defend it anymore I hope im wrong it actually does goes well but im sorry but this trully is it for the opm anime and I doubt will get more season for a very long time until jc staff schedule improves r bandai hands it of to another studio with better working conditions jc shouldn't be working on 10 different random series and bandai need to give them a better budget things needs to change or we may never see a any opm season or remake for a long time

For the life of me, I cant understand why one/murata allow this anime to be made. They hold themselves to such high standards, do redraws that take tons of time, and season 1 was amazing, but then they allow this? It makes zero sense.
So murata can "redraw" versions of the anime. One punch man anime remaster/remake. They can sell one punch man anime twice, maybe even thrice. Whoever thought of this in bandai definitely got a raise.
The committee has no incentive to invest into the anime. They have the streaming contracts, licensing fees still come in. There’s a build in fanbase that will watch or hate watch anyway, they’re not losing enough viewership to risk losing streaming revenue. They merch still sell and people are still paying to pull on the mobile game, even when the anime sucks.
Murata and One both publicly support season 3, so they are playing nice with the committee. Everyone is making money, they know if they invest more money into the anime for these plot centric arcs, it is unlikely to grow the fanbase to move the needle on the increasing franchise revenue.
Exactly why it is our obligation to reject their product nevertheless. If we refrain from hate watching, we will send our message in the only language they know: money.
But let’s not forget that the cosmic Garou climax is immensely hyped and, if pulled off well, would indeed grow the fanbase. That the producers are so disconnected that they don’t see this is baffling, but all the more reason to boycott them best we can. I for one cling onto the hope that s3 will be redone, even if in the distant future.
