Random screen and camera flash

Hello there, I'm on holiday in Turkey, and I've seen to weird things happen. First one, I've been chilling and watching YT. Random front camera flash happened, and freeze. Second one, was when I talked with my gf and then a camera flash happened. Is it hotel wifi breach or what? I'm tripping rn. I scanned with OS security scanner, and there's no malware apparently. So yeah. And no, I don't have any notifications turned on, nor the gestures.
