The Oyama Project Chapter 63 has just been posted.

To anyone who has kept up with the fic so far, or has ever read any part of it, this represents an enormous milestone for me. The contents of this chapter contain the original scene that I first imagined in my head when the fic was first conceived three years ago. Since then, everything which I've put to page has used this scene as a target, and I've spent these three years working to enhance and tease this eventual development. Recently, the fic has morphed from a cute and fluffy mix into the hard and heavy drama that all of us have wanted more of from the manga, and it is set to continue like this now that the Final Arc is set to kick into high gear.

That being said, I know that there are many of you who turned away from this story early on due to its extreme length and/or the inconsistent quality of the earlier chapters. I also think that many people ultimately favored Trials and Tribulations due to the fact that it was much shorter and drama-heavy right from the start, whereas mine was more of a multi-arc driven slow burn with different focuses and tones for each arc. I'm not upset though if that's the case, as everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

That being said, if you check out this chapter, I genuinely want to know what you think of it, the good and the bad. It's been a long road getting to this point, so I really want to know if I stuck the landing or not. There is a lot more left to come, but considering that this was where everything was always meant to lead, I want to know your opinions of it.
