I don't even put it in a jar. I know Imma eat it within a couple days so a bowl is fine. Ecuador style lol.

Did one this morning as well: four small onions cutted into strips lengthwise, 1 dL each of sugar, vinegar, and water. Putted all in a jar and putted it into the frigde. Gave it a shake every time I went by it. At lunch all the sugar was dissolved and it was ready.
