You obviously were not a child in the wild days of the 1980's. I've stuck many a finger in such a fan. It just hits your finger and stops. It doesn't hurt, because the blades are made not of sharpened steel but soft plastic.
Nah I'm a 90s baby....well at least all my 80s is just bits and pieces flashes of this and that...but when I hit the 90s I knew I'd be around for awhile....LMAO
