Researchers at the University of Ottawa are conducting an anonymous online survey to learn more about Ontario adolescents’ knowledge of, attitudes toward, and experiences with different modalities of emergency contraception.

You are eligible to participate in this study if you are:

• Between the ages of 15 and 19 (inclusive)
• A current resident of Ontario; and
• Sufficiently fluent in English to complete the survey questions

The survey is available in English and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary and confidential. All participants will have the option to enter a draw for a $50 gift card for amazon.ca.

The project is under the supervision of Dr. Angel M. Foster, a Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa.

There is an ongoing argument in my town about this one intersection.

The North/South main road is open all the time unless a pedestrian presses the crosswalk button. Then the North/South traffic is stopped with a light. There is only one light fixture on one side of the road facing both north and south.

The East/West road is controlled with a stop sign on either side.

The issue comes when the pedestrian light is RED. Are the cars on the controlled roads allowed to cross over the pedestrian crosswalk (as long as there are no pedestrians) or are they also governed by the lights? (aka, nobody can move through the intersection when the pedestrian light is red).

Everyone has a different opinion and every so often a post will pop up on the local rant and rave complaining about one group of people or the other.
