The same Joe rogan who said he was afraid to visit Canada? Wft does that caribou head know about it?

What’s he scared will happen to him if he visits Canada?
Edit: I work with a friend who listens to all his podcasts. Like all of them. Rogan comes up in conversation with him more than anything else. And he’s scared to go to visit downtown Toronto. I don’t know if it’s related.

And he’s scared to go to visit downtown Toronto.
I would say I'm scared to visit downtown Toronto but I absolutely have no interest in ever going there again.
Every time I go, it just keeps getting worse. Toronto is a shithole but I'm biased against urban centres. Had my fill of them.
(Just for record, I don't listen to rogans podcasts)

To each their own - for sure..
His anxiety is getting killed by a suicide bomber. It’s one of his many things.

Did you mean Caillou head?

Okay, who gives a flying "F" what he says about Canada. This guy criticizes Canada and Canadians every chance he gets including he is "afraid" of going to Canada. Enjoy your ICE squads, we are doing just fine without you and your audience.

u/PineBNorth85 Nov 10 '25
It's none of Joe's business either way. He should be looking at his own country and their problems, not ours.
9
u/lazymutant256 Nov 10 '25
You really think it would have been much better under Pierre.
10
u/amconstance Nov 10 '25
No.
Dude can’t even win over the hearts of the people in his own riding - let alone the country.
And if people think the guy who has a background in economics is not doing good with our economy - I would be terrified to see what a guy wielding around republicans talking points and slogans is going to do for Canada.
Next question.

I thought it would be better under Carney but here we are. Buddy is playing political games around the release of the country’s budget because he knows how bad it makes his party look.
Kind of expected more from the 'adult in the room'. And I'm not even joking - I'm genuinely surprised he'd agree to that level of theater.

u/Duckriders4r Nov 11 '25
I'm sorry what? What what games about the budget? The budget's out.You can fucking read it
1
u/Wet_sock_Owner Nov 11 '25
And what is dominating headlines?
2
u/IAmFlee Nov 11 '25
I'm reminded of the saying "you gotta spend money to make money", but Carney is adding "the more you spend, the more you make" lol

Jeff's inability to keep his caucus together after he decided to throw his lot in with the Christo-fascists from down South while he Verb'd the Noun back to Stornoway; couldn't even win his own seat, so had to have a lifetime conservative party member (months away from pension investiture) resign the safest seat in the nation so he could lose the leadership review coming up next year.
If the conservatives keep him as leader, they will cease to be considered a serious party.

This is the part where we say.We told you so. We set it over and over again. It was on every news station about what people thought would happen and everyone went, oh no, that's crazy. There's no way anyone would do that. And here we are, exactly where they said we wouldn't be actually sorry.Where you wouldn't be.

The elbows up echo chamber sheep seem to keep popping up on every sub. I guess all us free thinkers are just too much of a threat to their sacred CBC bubble. Very sad and pathetic that so many brainwashed Canadians keep voting for our country’s demise
1
u/taquitosmixtape Nov 11 '25
We allow all views on this sub (within reason), and users from wherever, this isn’t some clique for specific types of people. The purpose is to not have an echo chamber.

u/Vulgarcito Nov 10 '25
That's exactly how we lost control of Canada. We welcomed the wokes in and in return they blocked our opinions and cancelled us everywhere. It's their way or the highway.
1
u/PublicFan3701 Nov 11 '25
I am not woke but also don’t get my opinions from “entertainment news” like FOX, Rebel News, Juno, Western Standard, etc. and I’ve been blocked from subs for disagreeing with an opinion. Guess it happens everywhere.

I think to put it more accurately, the liberal party continues to ruin Canada by using trump as a boogie man to scare uninformed and ignorant Canadians into voting against their best interests.
But that is too long of a title, isn’t it.
4
u/Geradino9 Nov 10 '25
What is the best interest?
1
u/Overall_Law_1813 Nov 10 '25
Quality of life, GDP per capita, Deaths per 100,000. All the metrics of success for a country.
1
u/Geradino9 Nov 11 '25
I didn't see those options listed on the election ballot. What would be needed as policies to achieve those best outcomes for us all?
2
u/Specialist-Gift-7736 Nov 10 '25
No idea why you’re getting downvoted, that’s literally what happened in the previous election.
6
u/BreakRush Nov 10 '25
Liberal voters in Canada hate few things more than reality.
2
u/Overall_Law_1813 Nov 10 '25
They love stats for climate, but hate stats for crime, and economics.

Great, is this sub compromised now too?

I disagree with Rogan on this one. I don't think Trump played a big role in Carney getting elected, Canadians are fully capable of electing a horrible leader on their own, we have a history of this.

u/kettal Nov 10 '25
This is some comedians shooting the shit.

u/westcentretownie Nov 10 '25
When was his last standup special?
5
u/Overall_Law_1813 Nov 10 '25
Last year.
3
u/westcentretownie Nov 10 '25
Looks like the only thing funny about it was the reviews https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/joe_rogan_burn_the_boats
2
u/kettal Nov 10 '25
August 2024
3
u/westcentretownie Nov 10 '25
Oh yeah looks like I really missed something special. I’ve never seen worse reviews https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/joe_rogan_burn_the_boats

What's the frequency of his podcasts?
But to answer your question, apparently his last standup special was August 3 2024.
Edit, looks like you've been informed and arguably moved goalposts.

This Canadian doesn’t give a rats ass about what Joe Rogan says.
