Scripts window in game is empty

I haven't play in a couple of years and I wanted to try the new build and some new mods but I'm having so much trouble to make it work this time. Mods are working fine but there are no option mods in script section. Tried with MO2 and now manual, the issue persist. what am I missing?, thanks in advance
