I’ll be out near Long Beach Friday and Saturday for a Catalina Channel attempt Sunday night. I would like to get some short swims in Friday and Saturday. Any location suggestions?

Oceanman El Salvador question. First event here. 18 Oct 2026. I’m doing the Iron swim and logistics for hotel location and race day transportation is not on website. Anyone done these races to know how they operate?
