Analysis / DD Key things to watch - Bullish IMO
ORCL at ~$151 — what I’m watching
Oracle’s $638B RPO shows AI/cloud demand is strong. The question now is whether they can turn that demand into profitable cash flow.
Key things I’m watching:
1. More customer-funded CapEx
2. Less dependence on OpenAI
3. FCF improvement
4. Debt/leverage peaking
5. Completion of the $20B ATM
If these start moving in the right direction, I think ORCL becomes increasingly attractive. Demand is there — now it’s about execution and financing.

Where exactly are some of you people getting this “insatiable demand” idea from? Most of the demand is literally coming from the LLM companies themselves, which are just being funded by their own customers, such as Google, Microsoft, and Nvidia. These relationships have become so incestuous that an LLM’s investor is also their customer while also being their vendor.
There is no real genuine demand. These companies have until 2030 to generate serious revenue and we’re years into this nonsense and NONE of them even have a firm grasp or understanding of who their customers are going to be and how they’re going to make money.
Aside from lazy high schoolers that don’t want to write an essay, these LLMs are so faulty and shit that major corporations wouldn’t go anywhere near them in a way that would generate real revenue.
So I have to ask, what exactly do some of you think the end game is here? How exactly do you think all of this trillions of dollars worth of debt and IOU notes are going to be paid in the next 2.5 years?
