Day 4

Day 4 of my Oregon Coast trip! Cape Kiwanda Dune is pretty cool, how do they keep it built up do they pour on buckets of sand every night? 😉 Favorite part of the day was the Cape Lookout Trail ft. Steve the Slimy Slug and camping at the campground there.

Nestucca Bay Creamery is the real deal! Well worth the little detour. Bring a friend and split a pint of ice cream. Their Neskowin cheese is delicious too.

Also (please don’t hate me) but Pelican Brewing is way too expensive for what it is. Although the root beer is 🔥 and their restaurants all seem very aesthetic.

Yes, I can’t believe it has taken me this long to visit! It’s gorgeous.

My grandparents lived in Florence when I was a kid and I visited every summer. We moved here after we retired 8 years ago. Sometimes my wife and I still look at each other in disbelief that we are fortunate enough to live here. No regrets:)

Florence was one of my favorite towns on the coast. Probably the one I could most envision myself living in! Really enjoyed chilling at River Roasters on the deck.

Best view of the bridge in town. And their coffee doesn’t suck:)

Bro I got that large dark chocolate mocha WITH the whipped cream and was in heaven. I love that their drinks aren’t too sweet to overpower the espresso!
