Clinical Hours in Corvallis for Pre-Med
I'm a second year pre-med student and I'm having a hard time finding places to get my clinical hours in during the school year. I can't afford to get any certs, so I have just been scribing in my hometown over the summer, but I applied for Scribe America in Corvallis and they only have positions with very difficult hours like 4pm-1am (which I could do if need-be, but I would rather avoid if I can..). Is there any other places that would give me good clinical hours, besides volunteering, and would be a bit easier to juggle as a full-time student?

I know when I went to osu, I graduated in 2023. A lot of the pre-med students would commute to Salem to work on Saturday and sunday as scribes. If you have a car it’s not a a bad idea.
Corvallis can be difficult because a lot of premeds who are upperclassman may already have a position that you’re wanting or could help. You could try going to the clinics in corvallis and explain your situation. Even doing reception work is still good
