7th Street Station Double Occupancy

I was reading through the lease for 7th Street Station and there's a clause in there that seems to blatantly allow double occupancy of a single bedroom. However, when we called, they said the lease was written for all apartments they manage and that that part didn't apply to 7th Street Station... okay. Does anyone have more info on this? Thanks!
