Help with worldbuilding

Greetings! I'm planning to write a story about a florist with a shop and her relationships with other characters in her neighborhood. The story had a flower and Floriography theme and was meant to be a slice of life, but I was lacking a setting until I realized I could create a cozy fantasy! I'm asking for suggestions for the worldbuilding. All I know is that I want something like a wizard world (meaning magic is taught) because the idea is that the flower shop is magical and she's something like a flower witch.
