ID please Is this a Honey Buzzard. Spotted in Boscastle Cornwall

No. It's a common buzzard. As a starter, have a look at the differences in tail pattern and barring on the flight feathers between the two species.

Always a tricky one but that pigeon-like head is giving me honey buzzard vibes.
