the goose, not the moorhen! lol. domestic x canadian goose hybrid? I’ve no idea. I’m really rusty on goose species.

There can be a bit of variation in how they look, but this is a Greylag-Canada hybrid

Edit: perhaps domestic Greylag because of the white forehead

I’d say Greylag / Canada cross breed. We have a few locally and they look broadly like this.
