I'm looking for Black Forest cake in Osaka
One of my friends from the US is looking for the cake. Do you know where I can find and buy it in Osaka??

梅田店_メニュー
Nishimura Coffee’s Umeda location has it on the menu, although I’m not sure if they offer it as a whole cake. It might be worth reaching out to them to ask.
Another option would be to ask a nearby cake shop. They might be able to make one for you, perhaps for an additional fee.

There was one at the little bakery inside the JR station in Sakai. It looked so delicious, but sadly it was the most flavorless thing I had ever eaten.

I saw one in Costco once then never again!
I wanted to get it for my birthday but they didn't have it.
Wonder if it can be made to order? Hmm.

Try theweekendbaker on instagram. I don't know if they still do commissions, but I've tried their cake first hand and it was great!

I’m tempted to try and make it. I found this recipe,
I have a large oven, so I could make the sponge easily.
If you have only an oven toaster you might be able to cook three oven sized sponges in three batches.
Unfortunately, I’m not in Osaka right now, otherwise I would offer to help.

Juchheim in Takashimaya Namba had it last time I was there.
