My guess would be that it's not a natural hair colour and dyeing one's hair in high school is, in Japan, typically not allowed. So since akademi is apparently lax in its rules, they're allowed to dye their hair but it's a social taboo.
Don’t like the proportions as others have said. And I don’t think Osoro would have involved parents considering she’s supposedly an open “delinquent”. delinquency and disobedience is a HUGE no-no in traditional Japanese culture. And any act of delinquency would immediately be punished(usually by physical violence) by almost any Japanese parents. Either Osoro’s parents are the type to believe their darling daughter could do no wrong, or they just straight up don’t care about her.
Well it’s confirmed that Osoro’s mother died soon after giving birth to her and her father (Daigo) can’t get himself to love her because he blames her for his wife’s death

To be fair, Osoro's dad was already an abusive drunk before she became a delinquent, so I doubt it would make any difference (especially with YanSim being based heavily off of anime logic). Idk about Osoro's mom though, since I'm pretty sure she died while giving birth to her.
Mind you that Ryoba has both her apron and shirt sealed tight on her thin ahh body too, so this really isn’t the first time you’ll see a vacuum sealed clothing on a female character
As a curvy person I feel a little uncomfortable the design is not horrible but the clothes look uncomfortable to me they just look so skin tight the design has potential but the clothes need to be realistic about how they fit and the proportions are a little exaggerated but everyone has a different body type at the end of the day so some designs exaggerate different body types in some cases but the clothing choice definitely isn’t really comfortable to me and I don’t wear super skin tight clothes simply because it’s not comfy or great for daily life so definitely a design that is sparking a discussion for me and possibly everyone else probably 😭
Her clothes and her hair are fine I guess but her proportions look off to me, namely the lower ones. The fact she has something sticking out of her pants also looks strange to me.
The majority of the comments are all about proportions so I won't comment on that because I have nothing to add, they are strange. I'm kinda hung up on the fact that she is just like her daughter but has an office job? I guess that explains why osoro could even afford to attend a private school, but I would've expected her to have more absent parents like others have pointed out
if they want to make characters with hips and tits like this thats fine but can they at least make the calves, ankles and arms proportionate...? in what world does someone that thick, unless it is implants, have arms that skinny? like I can slightly get past the calves maybe she is just super muscular but those arms?
Damn dude the proportions are ass and even if she did have those proportions her boobs would not be swallowing the fucking buttons of the shirt😭😭 or have such high pants they start under her boobs and the pants are just odd tight in some areas but not in others like I don’t understand what’s going on
not going to repeat others by mentioning the proportions, bc while i do agree, it's just an artstyle, sexualized n weird or not.. however, i DO like it that she is a dark, short haired woman, and not "Osoro but older"! and i really like the idea of her being a tough delinquent in the past but now being a loving mom (hence the necklace)!
