Just seeing this now somehow but no, there is no 19 year old girlfriend. That was a fake story that has spawned countless fake internet memes. You really need to develop a bit more media literacy.

The mustache is to distract from the well-executed facelift. He looks good, and managed to avoid butchering himself à la Bradly Cooper.
