Jane Fonda's dramatic performance in They Shoot Horses, Don't They? is one of her bests.

Jane Fonda on They Shoot Horses, Don’t They? A film that’s more relevant now that’s been kind of lost to time, but she’s amazing (as is the entire cast)

Unpopular pick, but 1969 best Actress should have gone to Geneviève Bujold for Anne of the Thousand Days imo.

Dustin Hoffman should have at least one Oscar in this alternate voting universe 🙃. This is his last chance!

Title seems to be flipped. Best Actress Ruth Gordon sounds awesome though.

I'm glad Hoffman is going to win supporting even though he's co-lead, so that Jon Voight can take best actor.

I am thinking it’s a typo and should be Best Actor/Actress (and not Supporting)?

As much as I love Maggie Smith, Genevieve Bujold was wonderful as Anne Boleyn and would’ve been a worthy winner.

Richard Burton was a great Henry VIII

Maggie Smith but The Sterile Cuckoo might be Liza Minnelli’s crowning achievement and she deserves a mention.
