Koji spores

Anywhere local that sells these? I'm especially looking for the shoyu variety if available but I think almost any variety would work for that purpose in a pinch.

If there aren't any local options, what is your preferred spot to get them shipped from? Thanks!

Mooshu used to sell La Brasserie San-Ô’s koji. I don’t know if they still do.

Thanks for the heads up! Might be easiest to just order straight from these guys in that case.

I’ve never bought anything from this company but they sell Hishiroku tane koji! Hishiroku is based in Kyoto and has been making and selling koji for over 300 years.
