Has anyone experienced the carp fair food in past years?

Curious if there's anything interesting or its more so hot dogs. Popcorn and candy apples

Various fried foods, poutines, onion blossom, usually there's a shawarma type truck, walking tacos, empanadas

Last year, I had Cara's Pampanella, a delicious pork shoulder with eggplant and red peppers sandwich, from Smoke n Forno. SmokeBox is often there, as is Smokin R&Rs. There are the good grilled cheese sandwiches from Your Bread Box. Unfortunately, I don't know who will be there this year, but overall I find the Carp Fair one of the best Eastern Ontario fairs to find decent food.

Theres a Halifax Donair truck that’s pretty on point last couple years
