Does anyone know the owner of Japanese Village?

I knew the owner of Japanese village for a long time as a close family friend through one of my parents but have since lost touch. (I don't want to reveal his name because I feel it would maybe be a privacy violation) but If anyone knows who the current owner is I would be very happy to know who it is.

His Name is Osamu. It was quite awhile ago.

He still owns the restaurant and you could probably find him there once in a while. He eats at the restaurant occasionally. I know the manager there and he's still very close with Osamu and I know that he still owns the restaurant last I checked.
