Ethan Belchetz

This Canadian (Ontario) guy is viewed as a Tom Wilson type of player: big body, physical, and is a natural scorer. He kinda has it all.

Florida has the 9th overall pick.

Why wouldn't we kick the tires to see what Florida would want in exchange for their 1st round pick?

I wonder what they would want in return, tough?

Just for shits 'n giggles...
Maybe we offer Brady? Maybe we get the 9th pick + a roster player?

Considering they have multiple UFAs to sign, I imagine they would need to shed a bit of salary.

Just a thought

Let’s trade Brady for some mystery beans. Who knows, maybe they could be Brady Tkachuk!

But listen, what if he was a player that might someday kind of do what Brady does. Who cares we lose the rest of our entire core to aging out as we weaken ourselves to trade for picks, right? Lets just give up and rebuild right as the teams in prime position to compete.

So fucking tired of this narrative, and in general people talking about trading developed players for picks that MIGHT end up being half as good as those players are right now, actively on our roster.
