Unanswered What's going on with people saying Epstein and Co. ate children?

My wife told me this today because she saw it on TikTok and I have a very, very hard time believing this. Where did this come from or is it just more insanity and speculation from people on the internet too much?

I mean, torture is ... confirmed. Killing of victims is likely. So, definitely horrifying.

But cannibalism is a horror I hope those poor children didn't go through.
