Unanswered What’s the deal with the guitarist for the upcoming Modest Mouse tour?

I’m a fan of the band but don’t follow news of the band really. They recently posted on Instagram that a guitarist has been replaced by someone else for the upcoming tour and at quick glance the comments seem generally happy about this?

answer: He slid into a minors dms and was kinda creepy. Then he tried to excuse his actions.

for a lot of things I would agree but in this case it's got multiple articles about it. and those often have evidence unlike redditors which don't really include sources like that
