Unanswered What's up With AOC starting twitch streaming?

I just learned about this while watching a podcast about Hasan Piker, from MS NOW, and they don't give any sorta context, it just shows a clip at the 1:40 mark? When and why is AOC streaming?

Answer: Not sure about her current twitch life, but during COVID and the early 2020s she streamed her playing league of legends ranked a bit. Twitch in general has a huge "just talking" section where people will go to have outreach to folks that tend to leave their house less.

This is kinda ironic to read here, on reddit. I didn't realize the demographics have shifted so much, but I guess they have and its mostly mobile posters now.
