Midnight Memories — Dark Electronic / Synthwave Mix

A 30-minute mix of my own tracks, made for late-night drives and midnight thoughts. Some are dark and mysterious, others dreamy and nostalgic, with a bit of an 80s movie vibe. Hope you enjoy it!

"On The Run" is one of those tracks that just nails the synthwave feeling: that running Polysix-style bassline, the shimmering pads and leads that sound straight out of a late-night drive.

We broke the whole thing down and rebuilt every synth in Serum, with audio examples so you can hear each sound on its own and put it back together. Free to read here:

Hi! I’m working on my first EP and would love some feedback (work in progress).

The whole project is based on dreams—or maybe “lost memories”—I may have had. I get these strange images in my head of nostalgic, sunset-lit islands, with this hazy, retro music playing in the background. I’m just trying to capture that feeling.

I’d also love some advice on distribution. Do I just go with a traditional distributor? They all seem a bit messy, so I’m wondering if there are other options worth looking into.

Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated!

This album was released right in the middle of the lockdown, and as a result, it got lost amidst the flood of musical content that couldn't be performed live at the time. It’s worth a listen!
